Fit and sizing

Medical scrub size and fit guide

A practical way to compare scrub top and pant measurements before ordering.

Start with core body measurements

Use a flexible tape and record your chest, waist and hip measurements. Keep the tape level and comfortably close without pulling it tight, and measure over a light layer. Compare the numbers with the guide for the specific style because the same size label can represent different measurements across brands.

Understand the fit description

A closer fit creates a more defined silhouette, while straight or relaxed fits leave more room for movement and layering. Read the fit name and notes on the product page rather than assuming one size will feel identical in every style.

Compare tops and pants separately

If your upper and lower body measurements point to different sizes, select each piece from its own measurements instead of forcing one set size. For tops, compare chest, shoulder and body length. For pants, compare waist, hip, inseam and waistband style.

Movement check: consider reaching, sitting and bending when judging fit, not standing alone.

Quick check before ordering

  • You compared your measurements with the specific style guide.
  • You reviewed the fit, not only the size label.
  • You checked the selected color, size and current availability.
  • You reviewed the exchange policy in case another size is needed.
